Who We Are & What We Do
H & G Structures, Inc. is a national commercial and industrial contracting firm that has operated in 41 U.S. states and 3 foreign countries since its inception in July 1980. With over 45 years of experience, we are recognized for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Our specialties include site improvements, new construction, commercial renovations, and rehabilitation of existing facilities — all delivered through a fast-track, team-driven approach.

Our History
Since our inception in July of 1980, H & G Structures, Inc. has excelled in every phase of general contracting, with an emphasis on commercial and industrial projects. We are proud of the product we have delivered over the past 45 years in 41 states and 3 foreign countries.
The experienced and knowledgeable construction professionals at H & G Structures possess the expertise to serve our clients, the design professionals, and the communities where the projects are located. We take pride in our ability to provide our clients with the successful completion of their projects — on time and within budget. Our commitment is to provide a team-effort that maximizes the delivery of a quality product.
During the 1980s and 1990s, H & G Structures, Inc. was one of the largest theater constructors in the continental United States. Today, our firm specializes in commercial and industrial renovations, adult living facilities, restaurants and commercial kitchens, small and large box retail, warehouse facilities, and shopping center renovation and tenant build-out.
For selected clients, we also serve as Owner’s Representatives and Construction Managers, and we are proficient at providing services as Government Liaisons on large-scale projects.

Philanthropy:
Our firm has constructed numerous projects abroad, including a shade cloth structure for hydroponic plantings and a tilapia farm in an agricultural school in Huacho, Peru. We helped finance and build a three-story hospital at the Los Niños de La Sagrada Familia Orphanage in Peru, and performed work at an orphanage in Tsybli, Ukraine.
Our goal through Eruditio Hominus, Inc. is the promotion of Literacy, Health Services, and Safe Drinking Water in the Americas.
